Paul “Baby Paul” Hendricks
- Grammy Nominated Hip Hop Producer, A&R Consultant and Media Content Curator
Baby Paul (formerly of the ’90s production crew Da Beatminerz) is a Grammy Nominated music producer for artists like: Nas, AZ, Fat Joe, Dj Clue, Rick Ross, Remy Ma, Kanye West, Consequence, Pharoahe Monch, Black Moon, Smif-N-Wessun, and many others. He is also the COO of independent music label - XMG LLC in partnership with 300 Entertainment/Sparta.

Sheana Stokes - CEO, Shhhh World Inc., AMLC Alum
Shhhh World Inc., which started as the brainchild of Bronx/Harlem native, event producer, brand manager, and Hunter College alumni, Sheana L. Stokes in 2013. Stokes created Shhhh World Inc. in response to what she believed was a need for convenient, efficient administrative support to entrepreneurs. Ultimately, the goal was and is to encourage clients to create sound business plans that will provide them with a road map into developing their vision.  Unlike current lifestyle brands that generally focus on aesthetics or exercise, Shhhh World is a far reaching and all-encompassing corporation on what management truly is. Ultimately, exploring the organizational administrative aspects and demands of small businesses, entrepreneurs, and artists.Since 2013, the management organization has grown to a multi-divisional services corporation with administrative expertise spanning a plethora of industries. Included are our entertainment and lifestyle management branch with Shhhh Corp; community, events and media outlet with Shhhh Life; legal administrative support with Shhhh Legal Services; and Shhhh Asset Recovery all via virtual or in-person alternatives. Sheana is currently studying law at New York Law school, and provides paralegal services at one of the city's top personal injury and malpractices firms Gurfein Douglas LLC. 

Michele Hug - Vice President, Nasty Little Man PR
With over twelve years of experience as a publicist at the renowned music PR firm Nasty Little Man, Michele Hug has transformed her passion for music and storytelling into a dynamic career in the entertainment industry. Beginning as a journalism student at the University of Alabama, Michele made the jump to New York City in 2008 and quickly climbed the ranks to become one of the most industrious and respected music publicists in the industry.In her role as East Coast Vice President at Nasty Little Man, Michele has successfully managed high-profile campaigns for iconic artists including Radiohead, Vampire Weekend, St. Vincent, Beastie Boys, Paul McCartney, Metallica, Jenny Lewis, Iggy Pop, Foo Fighters, Gorillaz and Beck––among others. Her expertise in curating tailored press strategies, executing Grammy-winning album campaigns, as well as her commitment to creating engaging and meaningful opportunities for artists to share their stories, has not only amplified the voices of her clients but has also helped solidify Nasty Little Man's reputation as a leader in the public relations landscape.

Natalie Ward - Administrative Assistant, Brick Wall Management, AMLC Alum
Natalie is an alum of Hunter College with a B.A. in Music and a certificate in Arts Management and Leadership who is passionate about the arts and the potential they have to make positive change. She currently works full time as an assistant at an artist management company, as well as part time at Hunter's Performing Arts Office doing front of house duties for various performances at the school. She also plays in the Hunter Symphony as a performance fellow.

Alec Ifshin - Director of Finance and Business Affairs, Elsewhere
Alec Ifshin serves as the Director of Finance and Business Affairs at Elsewhere BK, a live music venue and nightclub in Bushwick, Brooklyn. He oversees the company’s financial operations, strategic planning, and business development, ensuring that Elsewhere remains fiscally sound and positioned for long-term growth. His experience spans financial analysis, budgeting, and operational efficiency, all of which have been vital in driving the company’s prolonged success within the emerging music landscape. Alec began his career in the industry working under the guidance of Peter Shapiro, the legendary live music and jam band promoter. When Alec isn’t at the club, he can be found cheering on the New York Knicks, reading books under the sun at Sheep's Meadow or McCarren Park, playing golf with friends and family, or tending to his ever growing plant collection.
